From within the economic heart of Flanders, imec.istart launches a vertical on Industry 4.0, Logistics & Transport. In a partnership between imec, University of Antwerp (department TPR), Belfius Bank & Insurance, Agidens, Flanders Make, Agoria, Bpost and DP World Antwerp, this consortium with extensive experience and networks in this market wishes to support the creation of new solutions and start-ups in these industries.

Program news

Vandaag ging in Aalst het nieuwjaarsevent van In4care door. Tijdens dit event heeft In4care een partnership aangekondigd met zowel BlueHealth Innovation Center als met imec.istart. Daarnaast zal BC10 BV, de dochteronderneming van In4care vzw, vanaf nu ook participeren in het daaraan gekoppelde BlueHealth Innovation Fund.

Over the years, our startups have become increasingly successful at closing follow-up funding. Last year, we celebrated the 100 million milestone and now imec.istart is ready for another celebration! Together, the companies in our portfolio have managed to procure a funding total of over 200 million. What’s even more remarkable is that the amount doubled in only 1.5 year.
