We’re heading to Wallonia and Luxembourg from Tuesday, 29 September – Thursday, 1 October. Over three days, you’ll connect with healthcare organisations, ecosystem partners and potential customers, while learning what it takes to pilot, sell and scale in Wallonia and Luxembourg.

This mission is designed to help healthtech startups and scaleups build meaningful local connections and better understand how to navigate the region’s healthcare landscape.

Why Wallonia + Luxemburg, aka The Great Region?

This is a strategic mission for startups looking to expand across the Benelux. Wallonia and Luxembourg are tightly connected ecosystems, built on strong collaboration between healthcare organisations, universities, research centres and businesses. And when it comes to entering the market, showing up in person still makes a massive difference.

Who

Healthtech and digital health startups and scaleups.
All sessions, content and networking activities will be held in English.

 

 

What to expect

Over three days, participants will get access to: 

• Business development opportunities including - booth space at Healthcare Week Luxembourg! This conference will bring together the entire Luxembourgish health ecosystem!
• Join exclusive networking events in Liege on Tuesday, 29 September and Luxembourg on Wednesday, 30 September at the Belgian Ambassador’s Residence in Luxembourg City.
• Learning sessions, Peer 2 Peer exchanges & site visits – with regulatory and reimbursement experts, healthtech investors, hospitals, healthtech scaleups and other local health ecosystem players

 

Transport & accommodation

Transport
Round-trip transport from Flanders will be included for the mission. Pickup and drop-off locations will be confirmed closer to departure.

Accommodation
Accommodation is not included in the participation fee and should be arranged individually.

 

Participation fee

Flanders-based companies: €1,106 excl. VAT (1 person)
Additional team member: €250

 

Registration 

Please register by Monday, June 1 at 12:00 to confirm your participation.
Once registered, your participation is confirmed and you will receive an invoice for the participation fee.
