Are you open to our investment model?

Selected startups receive €100,000 in pre-seed funding through a founder-friendly convertible loan (CLA), including a valuation cap and discount tailored to the startup. Our investment converts into shares only during your next funding round, based on the valuation cap and discount in the CLA. Selected startups can also receive follow-up investment of up to €300,000 in total.
